Ticket Management System (TMS- http://tms.inera.it) has been created to provide an uniform communication interface between customers, programmers and project leaders to ease and automatize traditionally "time-consuming" procedures in any project's life cycle. TMS can substitute dedicated (and costly, and scarce) professionals in the project management area, avoiding information loss, waste of time, money and in general diminished product quality or profitability.
