Ticket Management System (TMS) - System Requirements

System Requirements:

Hardware:

•  Same as JDK1.3.1; for TMS we suggest at least a P2 200 machine or better, with at least 64MB of RAM.

Software:

•  JDK 1.3.1 or better. TMS supports 1.3.1 and 1.4.0+.
•  Any sql-92 compliant DBMS (TMS supports and has been tested with MySql, MS SQL Server, Interbase, Postgres, Firebird).
•  Application Server: any J2EE compliant application server. TMS supports and has been tested with Apache Tomcat 4.0+, Caucho Resin 2.2+, and Allaire Jrun.
• Any standard SMTP mail server for email capability.
