Inera offers a project-oriented approach, tipically with the definition of problems, work methodology, market and feasibility studies, experimentations and so on.

The typical process of consulting activities is as follows:

•  Definition of targets and analysis of system requirements (usually with many meetings with the committee).
•  Presentation of a draft document (design or feasibility study).
•  Checking out of the document with the customer for content validation.
•  Detailed design and/or project building, or complete feasibility study with cost evaluation.
